tMfHQ Terms, Conditions and other happy crap.

Being that the individual visiting tMfHQ (www.tmfhq.com) is typically expected to be a being of intellectual competence, all
reading these terms must hereby waive the right to sue tMf and/or tMfHQ for reasons deemed stupid. Now, let's cut the
"legal" crap and get to the important stuff.

CD PURCHASE:
tMfHQ is currently only selling CD-R copies of the album "Put Album Name Here". By purchasing these CD-Rs you must
understand that they may not be able to play in all CD players or CD-Rom drives. The CD Labels are made of paper and are
known to release in extremely high temperatures, high humidity, prolonged use. This paper release may jam when played in a
CD Player/CD-Rom Drive. It is very important to know whether your CD Player/CD-Rom/DVD Player are capable of
supporting CD-Rs before purchasing the album. Some DVD players are known to damage CD-Rs, and possibly themselves
when attempting to play. Read your DVD players instructional guide to see if it is CD-R compliant. tMf/tMfHQ Will Not
Refund CD-Rs for the Reasons Stated Above. New CD-Rs will shipped if:
A) The CD-R is heavily damaged on arrival.
B) The CD-R skips or does not play when tested on multiple machines.
In order to receive and new CD-R you must mail the original CD-R back to the shipped address in the condition it was
received. We will then contact you regarding the refund payment. Also, refer to the terms of the Pay Per Download MP3s,
as the CD-Rs are bound to the same usage rights.

THE WEB SITE:

someone in trouble with the law, keep it out of our forum!
tMf will not be held responsible for people thinking that our site crashed and demolished their PC. It is indeed a fact that,
unless the site carries malicious code (which tMfHQ does NOT), that such errors are typically client side. THAT MEANS
YOU.
tMfHQ may carry a CGI program that generates a large mass of fake email addresses. These addresses are then released to
"spam bots". The "spam bot" then takes the fake addresses to it's user for use of Mass Emailing. These fake emails bounce
back to the User's server and can possibly overload and cause damage to the servers data and/or hardware. tMf will not be
held responsible for any such damage done to a server in reflection to this CGI program. In fact, we encourage others to use
this and similar programs on their sites in order to put an end to unsolicited email by means of "spam bots". If you want to
know more, email
A "spam bot" is a program that is released to collect email addresses from web sites for the purpose of mass unsolicited emailing.
